Modern, by Mustapha Drizgunma, of Uskudar, Turkey. It is in the pictorial style known as the Necmeddin style, originated by his famous great-uncle, Necmeddin Okyay. The sheet was a gift to me from Phoebe Jane Easton in 1983, after having visiting with Mustapha in May of 1982. Phoebe died in 2006;
her collection of contemporary marbled papers is in the Printing and Graphic Arts Department of Harvard' s Houghton Library.
