Advertising cover, another kind of envelope on envelope. This cover and a few following have nothing to to with the printing trades; but, like the previous cover, demonstrate envelope-on-envelope design, and / or stamp facsimiles. A tiny code printed on this cover seems to indicate that they printed 60,000 of these in 1899.
